- The Rosemead/Lakewood Boulevard (RoseWood) Complete Corridor Vision Plan will explore options for high-quality active transportation facilities, enhanced transit services, and opportunities for transit-oriented development through the cities of Pico Rivera, Downey, Paramount, Bellflower, Lakewood, and Long Beach. The goal is to improve safety, mobility, climate resilience, and stimulate community development along the RoseWood corridor.
